New House

Mindy is still figuring out the layout. It’s amusing to watch her. Two ways to get from the livingroom to the main bedroom, bathroom and laundry. She goes around one way. Then stops, looks around and goes the other way.

She’ll have it figured out in no time!
Our house has 14 narrow steps from the main to second floor (old house built in 1949 when codes lower) and initially the dogs hated and were afraid to go up or come down. I’ve since carpeted them (6 years ago) and they fly down them now!
We also have 2 sets of stairs off our side door…one to the gate and the other to the back yard. I’d love to remove one but I’m afraid it would cause too much confusion for the dogs:lol:! Blueberry when she’s excited does a loop…up one and down the other over and over. Finnie and Piper much prefer the ones to the back yard (that’s the one I want to remove)…so they stay:lol:…don’t want to confuse the dogs!
