New Puppy Question

I just picked up my new puppy yesterday, and wanted to know if anyone knows if it is a fault for a blue merle to have one blue eye and one merled eye. I have looked on the AKC website and all it says is they are allowed to have blue eyes but says nothing about what I have. Thanks for the help.

Blues can have blue, brown or merled eyes.
Sables, tris and biblacks should have brown eyes only

Cranberry is a sable merle with one brown eye and one blue eye so he could not be a show dog in AKC- he's also too tall

i have 2 blue merles, and both girls have one blue eye and one brown eye.
blue merle with odd eyes can be shown

My niece's blue merle has two brown eyes.

My Noah had one brown eye, one half brown/half blue. His brother had both brown eyes. Noah's eyes are what made me choose him.
