I was hyperthyroid after having my 2nd child, and was treated with radioactive iodine to kill my thyroid, which makes my hypothyroid as a result. After lots of time trying to keep my levels correct, I think Dr. Shelli's comment is spot on. It's not only the thyroid levels themselves, but those levels combined with the high THS levels that indicate there's an issue.
