Now Theo is having issues....

How long after you moved into your new place did Theo begin having symptoms? Do you have carpet? If the carpet was cleaned prior to your moving in, you would not know what cleaners/chemicals may have been used in the cleaning of the carpet or in fact the whole residence. That is why I questioned about cleaners, etc.

No, no carpet and we discussed this with are landlord up front and told him to not treat the outside or anything like that. :( It's a very good point and I thought the same thing when lily first started having them. The main reason we took her off all processed foods and all that So we could monitor exactly what she was eating We moved in here in February and his first minor episode was last month. Lily's last episode was after we spent the day at a state park here in Austin. So she wasn't even inside the house prior to it happening. Sadly, I think it's most likely neurological. The main consensus i'm getting from vets is it's probably related to Hadley receiving her vaccinations.
Everything I've read said they should not be given live vaccines when pregnant and I called the place she got them done at and she was given half live vaccines when she was 5 weeks pregnant.

I am looking into the Neosporosis and am waiting on my vet to call me back as that's def the only thing that's made the most sense. The State Animal Hospital is reviewing the video and going to get back to me. They are pretty adamant about doing a catscan as they think it's neurological. Of course, that route is pretty expensive ....

I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. I was trying to state if I can get him to snap out of it it's usually by taking him on a walk or for example, when I first saw him at the vet when I went to pick him up he got super excited and was so happy but then it changed within 5 minutes and he was out of it again. When lily started having issues we got rid of all our cleaners (vinegar only now) make our own laundry soap/body soap, and even moved into a duplex b/c we thought maybe the apartment was spraying some kind of pesticide or something. So I've tried to eliminate everything I can think of as i've been dealing with this on and off since November. I finally caved in and got Lily her rabies shot this weekend and it will be interesting to see if anything happens in three weeks. We researched her issues a while back and found her first and second episode were exactly three weeks after her second and third set of vaccinations. He appears to be more alert this morning but I haven't had much time with him. I'm going to bring them in and see how he is. He slept in bed with us last night and when I went to bed at 2am he was still pretty out of it. less wobbly but just very lethargic.

Nevermind, from this more thorough explanation of what's happening, it's definitely not seizures. I too think its most likely environmental (especially since its happening to all your dogs). Most definitely talk to your landlord or try to dig through the house and see what could be causing this. It seemed like you made a great decision on removing all household products and vaccinations for a while to rule out all external factors. I will recommend maybe going back on that route and see if these symptoms stop again! Wish you all the best :(

It's not happening to all my animals, it's only happening to the two from the same litter. We have Hadley who has never had this happen and we also have two cats and foster kittens who have never had any issues. He hasn't had vaccinations in 4 months and he hadn't had any medicine (besides the flea medicine) in three months. Like I said, we moved houses to rule out environmental things. Another thing, it happened to lily one night when my brother was dog sitting so she wasn't in our house at all and it happened. :( I think it's something in their head... a few vets suggested his heart but the vet checked his heart and bp and it was all good yesterday.... I know it sounds like poisoning which is why doc thinks liver issues but I just don't think that's it. Lily started having the wobbliness when she was only a month or two but we just thought she was a tired puppy.

We have big issues with Petsmart which is where we took her the day after we got her b/c she had blood coming from down there. We thought she was in heat maybe. They did an exam and listened to her heart and felt her and didn't notice anything-- she was 4 1/2 months pregnant then. If they had told us then we would have never gotten her vaccinated.

Do you know if any of the other littermates are having these same issues or is it just your two?

The problem with two of the litter mates is their owners have about 10+ dogs and work full-time so I don't know if they'd be around enough to notice the symptoms. Theo's last episode was considerably worse than anyone that Lily ever had and with the previous episodes you might just chalk it up to them being a really tired puppy, if you even noticed it. We're calling the other one who is a single dog but the people are pretty old and I'm not sure again unless it was really bad like Theo's episode yesterday they'd notice. Sometimes it's just a bobble head and really sleepy.

The more I read about it the fact hadley received modified live vaccines when she was 5 weeks pregnant could have cause some defects for them. I would think if it environmental poisoning they would snap out of it once their stomachs had been pumped. Both animals have had to drink that nasty charcoal just to rule it out and neither time was their anything in their vomit nor did it help them to recover.

Environmental causes do not have to be ingested to cause problems. Environmental factors could be breathed in, absorbed through the skin, etc. Just a thought.

I really appreciate everyones thoughts and I have certainly given note to all of them. Thank you all!

I did some research about the affects of pregnant dogs receiving vaccinations and therefor the puppy receiving the vaccinations also. I found an article that said Cerebellar disease has been reported in puppies and kittens less than 5 weeks of age who were vaccinated with a modified live vaccine. then I googled that disease and it's exactly what's happening to them :(
