As we are contemplating adding a third dog to the household, I have become motivated to start obedience training Stella again. We were Home Companion drop-outs when she was 6 months old. She was very dog reactive, which has lessened with socialization and age, also the classes was not inspiring, and kid related activities explored.

Today I signed her back up again for classes starting in 2 weeks with a different instructor. I am wondering what other resources are out there, favorite blogs or books that I can tap into to get my mojo going?

I love this site, of course! The level of individual encouragement/problem shooting is amazing.
 
You might check out BowWowFlix. It's a DVD rental subscription that you can start and end whenever you like. I've rented lots of their DVDs for both agility and obedience training.
 
I've been really inspired by Kikopup videos on youtube and Pam's Dog training (website and youtube), I always feel motivated to try something new after watching their videos :smile2:
 
For obedience as competitive obedience Denise Fenzi is very generous with her blog and has her own academy on line classes. Classes on line for observing only, i.e. fly on the wall situation is $65. well worth investment if you are visual learner.

For basic obedience as dog training general my favorite are courses on line from Susan Garrett, Recallers and Puppy Peaks. They are not cheap but what you learn is amazing. Recallers 4.0 is done but 5.0 will be in the fall.
Kathy Sdao DVD´s and Ken Ramirez are must haves as well for me.
