Hello,
So as some of you may remember from my last post, Henry's half brother made his way into the family and I thought you all might appreciate an update and some more pics. They both got neutered and had their rear dew claws removed, so it has been a long couple of weeks but they recovered fine. Stanley is definitely a perfect fit, as he is the calm to Henry's storm. I've never seen two related dogs that are so polar opposite in every conceivable way (other than a shared love for belly scratches). Henry is the athlete; high energy, lean and agile, always looking to play or run, very confident, and LOUD. He barks at anything and everything that he can hear but can't see. Stanley on the other hand is shy and quiet as a mouse even when Henry is barking. I've only heard him bark 2 or 3 times since we got him. He loves cuddling (which Henry doesn't prefer) and is down to just hang out on the couch. He'll get the zoomies but enjoys his down time. He has also laid massacre to about half of my socks now, which Henry never really does. He's a little more round and chunky and he has a much longer puffier coat (due to living at a farm for 11 months where it is much colder). He's got dainty facial features compared to Henry who has a much bigger head, but fat little paws, which looks funny. They are best of friends though and can even eat out of the same bowl without fighting (we don't feed them from the same bowl but sometimes they sneak in a few mouthfuls with each other). Henry gives Stanley more confidence and Stanley gives Henry more calmness. They're a perfect fit. Anyway, here are more pictures to feast your eyes on.
