I am glad that Trapp has someone to play this hard with, these puppies need it and good ol' Earnie needs the break most likely. I'll bet Earnie enjoys just watching the monkey butts' antics from the sidelines!

Well hello you two!
I will say one thing,it has been the best medicine for Trapp having a little brother.He is totally zapped & we have noticed a huge differance in him these last few days.

I however,was not quite sure yesterday.And it was just new mommy woes,but Jasper was so tired yesterday.

I mean he slept for such long periods,esprcially after Brian left for work.
Well Brian told me that while I was at flower shop,these two puppies were non stop zoomies.
I know puppies sleep alot,but I reallly did'nt think about how exhausted Jasper was,and attributing it to the constant play with Trapp.

But he is doing wonderful,actually napping soundly inhis crate.I feel we are on the right track to a good routine.If only the weather would warm just a bit.

I thought aobut sending in the picture to Kelly,for a hopeful picture on sheltie nation.So I will do just that.

Give MMM a big sheltie hug from the newest member to SUBU...:biggrin2:

Michele what cute pictures and Jasper is just a doll. They do need a lot of sleep especially at his age. It is good for him and Trapp to really have some one to play with at their level. I need to get Zak together with a friend of mines 2 year old sheltie soon.
My breeder would do that puppy puppy puppy in a high voice and we do that with Zak and he just loves it.
Enjoy this new bundle of love, I can tell the joy he has added to your home already.
 
Appears Trapp is lovin having that little brother. They do play very well together. Trapp is so gentle with Jasper.
 
Oh they play so well together! It is just like Maia and Chinook when I brought Maia home. They are 4 months apart too, just like Trapp and Jasper. They love to play hard to this day. Jasper looks like he is just so happy as is Trapp!

Yes they do play hard.I know they both sleep really well at night.It really has been a positive reaction to each other.It will be nice though as they get older,because they are close in age.

I do worry at times,as they sure do have some rough play,and I remind Trapp that Jasper is just a baby.

I have seen some interesting things,such as when it comes to toys,and if Jasper has it,Trapp will go over and touch it with his nose,then leave it.It's almost like..well yes I "guess" you can have it.So I think he knows that he is little,and willing to give in.
 
Trapp sounds like Chinook, the very good big brother. I wish I could say the same about Maia! :eek2:

I have'nt been able to get a video of his new moves.but ya know I bought a body pillow just for this mission..looks like I don't need it with Earnhardt!
