Hey there! We've been looking for a Sheltie to add to our family for months now. I've posted a couple times on here asking for advice, and you have all been extremely helpful.

When I saw HopeShelties post about the little girl that was abandoned in her yard, I sent her an email.

We've been chatting, and we've decided that I am going to adopt her!!! :biggrin2:

Once she goes for a re-check for worms in a few weeks, as long as the tests are negative, she'll be coming home!!! :eek2:

We've decided to name her Piper.

She's 11-12". I'll be driving up roughly 8 hours, and HopeShelties is going drive down about 5 and a half hours to meet me. :biggrin2:

HopeShelties, THANK YOU so much for taking this little lady in and taking such great care of her!!!
 
Congratulations! Is so nice to hear that there's a happy ending for that sad story.

I really like the name Piper, and she looks like such a sweet little thing.

Thank-you for giving her a forever home!

I gotta say.. I'm impressed that HopeShelties was willing to give her up! she's beautiful!!
