Our Rescue Cookbook Project needs your help!

Dear Friends of Tri-State Sheltie Rescue,

We are so excited to announce our first cookbook fundraiser!!

We're inviting you to help us by submitting your favorite recipes for publication in our cookbook. The process is simple:

1. Choose your favorite recipe(s). Recipes can be for any occasion, for example: Appetizers, Special Diets (gluten free, diabetic-friendly, dairy-free, etc), Main Dishes, Side Dishes, Desserts, Pet Recipes, Kid Favorites, etc. They can be original recipes, family favorites, from a cookbook, etc. Please do not select a recipe that is trademarked, as it cannot be used.

2. Visit www.gandrpublishing.com

Log in using this info:

Username: TriStateSheltie
Password: Rescue

3. Enter your recipe -- don't forget to choose your recipe category from the drop-down menu -- and please label ingredient quantities/amounts.

4. Deadline for recipe submissions is: July 15th, 2013
Cookbooks will be ready in early September!

Rescue Cookbook Project

I got the same response about people "hating" carrot cake, but they love mine. Techinically I don't use carrots, my recipe calls for the large jars of the junior baby food carrots, sneaky, huh? And my icing is not the typical sour cream, mine gets one similar to the German Chocloate Cake, coconut, pecans, etc. YUM-YUM!
 
Dang you ladies have my sweet tooth in a full uproar!! :lol:

I will contribute my famous macaroni and cheese recipe - it landed my husband!!! :biggrin2:
 
I just added my mom's recipe for spaghetti & meatballs. It used to be her mom's and she tweaked it just a little.

The carrot cake and mac & cheese sound really good!:smile2:
 
I put in my Peanut Butter and Cream Pie and Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies.
I love peanut butter and sweets! Can't you tell?!:wink2:

PS I forgot to put in the carrot cake recipe that it called for hazel nuts, I just said nuts!:uhoh: What do I do?!
