We just finished refinishing hardwood floors a beautiful deep brown Jacobean color. I have three dogs; two shelties and one collie, so that's 12 paws to wipe upon each entry. Whereas before, I kind of let them run wild through the house, I now feel compelled to wipe paws. Baby wipes are too fragile for my use as they tear to shreds. Towels work ok, but frankly, its hard stooped over work. I am wondering in anyone has a system or product for keeping paws (and floors) clean. I saw the Spotless Paw wiping glove on Amazon, but $25 is a lot of money. Any suggestions?

with mud being created here from the snow, then slush, then snow melt cycle...I keep a stack of older wet washcloths in a bowl, that I microwave, because if they are warmed up, my lil monsters don't seem to mind me using them on their paws, and that helps keep dirt and paw prints off my wood flooring, and carpet. Then they go in the laundry. Savannah my youngest doesn't always clean her hind parts enough, so I can swipe that as well. Truly they are worse than toddlers.

We use baby wipes when her feet are not too dirty.

I found a pair of micro fiber gloves in the pet section of Bed Bath and Beyond for about $10.00, plus we always have a coupon. They seem to work very good on wet feet and just throw them in the wash when needed. They are similar to the one you found on Amazon.

For very muddy paws I purchased the Paw Plunger. If you google it you will easily find it. It is a little more work but does a great job at getting those feet clean.
