Took these off my TV but thought they were just so pretty...
One day I wish I could go there!

Ooooh la-la, beautiful, beautiful dogs! Totally forgot about Westminster being on. Years ago when a Sheltie named Man About Town won the Westminster herding group I was at work in a patient's room and she had the TV on, so I saw it and I let out a whoop! Luckily the lady was not too sick and she thought it was funny. Couldn't help myself! :)

Kim Aston who won Best of Breed owns Piper's sire so I was quite happy she won...of course I was disappointed a Border Collie won.

Wow, how exciting!
Bummer about the boarder Chance collie!

Just once, I wish a Sheltie could win! You can't tell me in all the year Westminster has been in existence that no Sheltie ever met the standard better than any other breed! I call foul!

Then again, I am totally biased! :ROFLMAO:
Still frustrated :cautious: however!

Vinnie, the second photo of Gloria's below, is the Sheltie who won Best of Breed and went on to a Group 4 with his owner, Kim Aston of Canada. Vinnie is GCH Laureate Invincible, one of Kim and Pete's spectacular Sheltie line. A very well-deserved win and so nice to see a Sheltie finally place in Group there!

Oooooo! We were lucky enough to MEET Vinnie at the Sheltie Nationals last year! Our breeder told us he was her pick to watch for and he indeed won that show. He is simply stunning looking in real life, too! So glad we did well at Westminster.
