Puppy problem again

Puppy just got back from the vet. Once again good news. He found no signs of mange and said it def just looks like a bacterial fungi. He gave us some ketoconzaole cream to get rid of it. He said her paw looks like ringworm for sure though.

Good! I thought that is what it looked like. Much better news than any of the other possibilities.
Just make sure to be careful handling it so you don't get it too :smile2:

*shrugs* To each his own... however corn is hard on a dogs system, and is not good for them. I wasn't judging in pointing out Iams is a 1 star food.... strictly replying to you saying it was fine to feed, when it isn't really good for the dog.
 
Last year, I rescued a cat that had ringworm. And he gave it to my SO and me. My vet suggested using iodine on us (the cat's cleared up with regular meds, but we couldn't get rid of ours), and it cleared it up faster than anything.

I sure wish we could get our vets to agree! I just had this discussion with mine over Bacca's grain-free, high protein diet. Every vet I've ever had insists we owners pay too much attention to "dog food fads".

My Vet says the same thing and quite honestly, my sis-in-law who is a Vet says the same thing as well. It's kind of to each his own I suppose and I still feel like if Iams works for a dog, so be it! Dogs have been living off of a lot worse for hundreds of years.

Anywho, we're all passionate parents with both our furry and human kids:winkgrin:
