Sheltie playdate in NoVA?

Any sheltie owners in NoVA interested in a playdate? My pup is over-friendly when he sees other dogs but clearly does not know how to socialize.
 
We might be leaving the area soon for my work :fl (really I just want to move to the Warrenton area to train full-time but student loans say no) but we have friends who have a 8 mo Schnuazer pup who say that WOOFS in Arlington has playdays for all breeds (unleashed does too but I trust a training center more.)
