Sheltie Puppy Coat - Giant wave?

My Sir Dash (2yr blue) looked almost exactly like that not so long ago. I was concerned about his coat being all over the place. Once his coat filled out and grew in length....it is fine. It just took time for him to get over his "bad hair days".

2yr 10m, it's stil a little wavy, most obvious when he's shedding but otherwise it appears pretty straight.

Just so you get an idea. It DOES get better with time lol
 
That first picture of Alfie looks almost exactly like what Sully has going on right now! Hopefully Sully will be just as gorgeous and he gets older. :)
 
Alsa, my new sheltie is now 5 onto old.
Her coat is like a large swirl wave.
She is just gorgeous.
She is my4 th sheltie and the most beautiful
That is her personality.
All our other dogs were of show quality and Her father is a Canadian champion
I hope her coat does not change.
Our first sheltie died in the 1980 from myasthenia graffiti
