Shelties and Humans Happy Thanksgiving

Thank you , and Happy Thanksgiving to you and everyone out there.
Chauncey's first Thanksgiving, he will be given turkey I hope if there is some left. Were going to a joint group dinner in our development, never did it before hope it works out.

The communities are so neat in Florida, lots of togetherness. Visiting the Villages and being an unknown, the residents there were great to us.
Sounds like your going to have a great time. It will be a special day for
Chauncey too.

Hope you have a great day, and share your turkey with the shelties.

Thank you, and you too!:hugs
The fur kids may get kibble for breakfast, but not dinner. I'll save some turkey from going into the gravy for them.

Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate!

I assume a little turkey meat (boneless and skinless) is okay for dogs? I started cooking last night and have put aside some food before I added spices. Gonna give my dog a little turkey(dark meat), raw carrots, raw string beans and mashed sweet potato.

Just watch how much dark meat they get. It can sometimes be too rich for them. Mine get white meat as I only cook the breast of a turkey. Skin is too fatty - can cause pancreatitis.

Dickens is getting a nice Thanksgiving visit from his "niece" Callie, the Schipperke. They'll be getting turkey, and probably anything that falls on the floor!

I'll just give a few pieces. Not gonna make it her meal. I used dark meat to make turkey stock, so that's what I have. The white meat on my actual turkey will have seasoning, so I don't want to give that.

Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate the holiday. Have a wonderful day with your family and of course, those wonderful furbabies
