How do we manage shaltie's hair around the house? Is it true that they shed more if the weather is warmer?

The only way to manage it is to brush often and even then sometimes that just makes it shed more. I don't know about the weather thing. Shelties usually blow their coat twice a year, once in spring/summer and once right before winter. We actually have a thread about the winter blowing coat since all the dogs were blowing their coat at the same time.
