They don't make items big enough for Earnhardt. The last time we found something,that we "thought" would fit..we ended taking back.The service customer service clerk that waited on us to give us a refund said..my gosh that is a big sweater,what is wrong with it that you need to return it. Brian said..well it does'nt fit our lab! She said..holy cow he must be huge. Huge is an understatement~:yes:

An update on Trapp~

Well we had a weigh in last night,and the usual measureing to see how Trapp is doing.
His weigh remains stable at 15lbs..he has however grown taller,and is right at 15"

His coat is an ever changing process,and it is getting very thick & in parts wavy.And is a pretty pumpkin color.In parts on his shoulders,he has a bit of lighter coloring,kinda a greyish with a dark stripe from elbow to elbow..

You just gotta love that gangly, ackward teenage phase! All legs and ears! Too funny! It's like the ugly duckling story all over again! But what swans our Shelties finally turn into! :smile2:

Gosh after I looked again at the pictures..I thought holy cow..his head is to big for his body!

Is this what we are seeing,the teenage phase? How long does this last???:confused2:

He is a ripper though,As long as he does'nt pick up bad teenage habits,driving to fast,dating,girls,not making the football team,whining...:eek2:

Yep, adolescent pups can definitely have awkward proportions...just like adolescent children.
He looks very happy!
And yes...he does have a very long swishy tail like his daddy.
 
I just snapped this picture of him. He was coming up the hallway into the kitchen,and he had one of his favorite toys wrapped around his neck,and if you look closely you will his other front leg thru the other loop.

Don't ask me how he got this way,but none the less he makes us simle every day with his silly antics.

I noticed today,he has lost a canine tooth on the bottom.All of his milk teeth are now permanent teeth,and are very nice and straight. Guess we'll be buying a tooth brush soon~
He's growing up way to quickly!
