Hello,
Chopper has been pooping runny or really soft poo for the pass week.
I try to just limit him to his dry food for the pass few day. But his poo is still very
Wet. Anyone have any idea? Or may be home reedy?

mix in some rice to his diet, should help firm it up a bit. Did you recently change his food and have you tested for worms?

Buy some canned pumpkin (make sure it's plain pumpkin) and add about a tablespoon to each meal until his stools firm up. If that doesn't help, you might want to have him tested for worms by your vet. Good luck!

A diet of dry kibble, may not be the remedy for him at this point. You said the past week..how old is the pup?
Letting runny stools go that long in a young pup,is not good.He needed to be at vets office last week,if its still present.

Have you changed his diet? Has he been wormed? Has he been to the vet?Any other symptoms. Is there strong odor...

Try some pure packed canned pumpkin, take him off the dry kibble, and go boil some white meat chicken,or buy a jar or two of baby food (chicken).Cook some baby rice cereal, and offer that to him,and take him off the kibble. For a full 48 hours,if you think it is diet related.

I don't mess around with soft stools,UNLESS I know for a fact it's diet related. The best place for this pup,is at the vets office,so he can determine the issue.
Good luck~

is pup having worms? Colitis? Irritable bowel disease?
stress? change of food?
send the stool for everything, including giardia/ coccidia, culture it if your vet thinks

A week of runny stool is not good for a growing puppy.

Definitely bring him to the vet with a stool sample. Most likely your vet will suggest boiled chicken and rice.

I second the advice to get a vet check, to see the reason why the dog has runny stools.

One week is too long for it to be a one time tummy upset.

Thanks for all the fast reply.
Chopper is 5 months old, he's been checked for worms at 2 months.
I booked appointment at the vet to day after work.
I'll keep you guys posted.

more likely than not it is worms again. Just because he has been wormed before does not mean he can not get contaminated. Some of them like whipworms are not easy to ID so sometimes several stool samples has to be checked.
Make sure he is drinking plenty of water and his pee is not concetrated dark yellow, at this age it is easy to dehydrate.
