We went to my father's nursing home to visit one afternoon and took our sheltie, Buddy. He is a big hit with the folks there, so we always take him.
This time a little boy was there visiting his grandmother. He told me he is 8 yrs old. As he was petting Buddy, he asked what kind of dog he is. I said, he is a shetland sheep dog. He looked up at me and said "I can really see the sheep in him!"
I laughed and told him he just herded sheep. He wasn't part sheep. He said well I said that because he was so soft.
So adorable and cute.
