1 hour later....

[woof]

Sooo almost time to wax up the XC skis and polish up those snow shoes-- welcome to the party that is winter.. I lived in texas for a number of years and remember skiing in a park in Arlington park one winter-- it was shallow snow and lots of crashes from going thru the snow and hanging up on the ground but it was the principle-- no Shelites were there at the time tho..

[SheepOfBlue]

Wow that is record level for y'all. No snow here just cold and a farting Ian in the house....boy has been ripe the last couple days.

[Calliesmom]

hour 3
they are throwing the "B" word around on the local tv- Blizzard
I doubt they've ever had that used around here......... our forecast total is up to 5"

[Calliesmom]

1" already- will see what the final total ends up................

[Sharon7]

WOW that is akin to what a miracle it would be here to get snow. Very fun for the dogs after you get off work today, eh?
Sunny here, but it was 29 this morning which is VERY unusual and birdbath was iced.

[Calliesmom]

yeah- there's been snow here since I moved to AL but this is the most and the longest time frame. it started about 7:45 and isn't forecast to end until 5 or 6 tonight. it hasn't let up at all since it started.....
hour 4
