Judy, my little boy has the same problem. He's got 2 adult fangs and one baby one. Yay me! As if we needed more of those painful things in his mouth! His baby fang seems quite sturdy and doesn't look like it'll be falling off any time soon! I took him to the vet and asked if I should get it removed and he said that removal will require putting him under general anaesthetic and that in itself has its risks. He suggested that I wait till I neuter him (which will probably be soon coz he's 9 months now) and do it together - so he only goes under once, instead of twice!
