Can this be used on a puppy? I am getting an 8 week old and she has a massive undercoat. I wass't sure what age woudl be good to start with the furminator.

Start her right away in small increments and she will adjust well to grooming and being handled.

I started using it on Sadie when she was pretty young, approx. 10-12 weeks old I think. She didn't really need it but I wanted to get her used to it ASAP.

Just go gentle. Nothing like the video shows! I use it on my 1 year olds, still with a light touch. I also dampen the fur slightly to avoid breakage.
