I posted this on Pinterest (it's my most re-pinned pin) last year about my pom going to the Rainbow Bridge. I hope it comes through here. I love the poem. The pic was taken just before. I know she wasn't a Sheltie, but the poem is so powerful. It gave me strength to let a new furbaby into my heart.
