Thou shalt not give into temptation...or shalt I?

PS and how cute is it that at the bottom and ad appears for an Ebook on how to make dill pickle relish?
hahahaha

I think the puppy should be staying Relish!!!!
hahaahah
you can change the meaning as you clearly will relish having him!!

OMG the names! So cute!

and yeah.. uhm.. if he is half as cute as Claussen I have no idea why you wouldn't take him, LOLLLLL
But be careful with colour, he has to fit in with your crew... which I kinda have no doubts, lol.. That's the only tiny bit of voice of reason you going to get from me, hahahahaha

What did you mean by "be careful with colour"?

I've asked the breeder for a picture but they haven't responded in a couple days so I'm going nuts waiting to see him. He's 8 months old now, so I'm assuming he's had a good deal of socialization (and hopefully housetraining) as they had been taking him to shows-he was a show puppy until for some reason they are selling him...maybe he's too tall? I'm waiting to find out. Right now I am off of work and have been for several months. I work in a factory and my doctor discovered I have a vestibular imbalance in my right inner ear due to a past infection. So I'm going to physical therapy to try to balance it out. I have a lot of time with my dogs right now. I take them with me everywhere haha. Even to the laundromat which I've found is a great way to socialize and train. Anywho....I think I might call the breeder now and ask some questions lol. Here are some pics from when Relish was a wee pup.

Wow having him house broken is a plus in my book. He is just adorable. I always wondered how Claussen got his name, now I get the "pickle" litter- how cute and creative.
You would have your hands full with 3 but if he is as easy going as Clauseen go for it.

The names were "Pickles", "Gherkin", "Vlasic", "Dill", "Relish", and "Claussen". I don't know if I'd keep his name Relish though heh. It would be unique though! I'd like to take a trip up there to meet him...the breeder lives in a beautiful area along a lake anyways and they might like to see Claussen. I was thinking of having Claussen's AKC name being "Pickle in the Middle" hehe.

As a pickle lover myself...as well as a sheltie lover (obviously lol)...I think this is the perfect match!!

If you're planning to go see him, and have already asked questions about him...um...you might want to go get that crate set up asap!

Just have to add...this is QUITE the "pickle" you've gotten yourself into.." hahahaha....Corny, I know!

Hahaha! I know. I have seen his other brother that was also available, but I just didn't really care for his markings and they said he was less outgoing than the rest of the litter, I believe he still hasn't found a home yet. But Relish I'm assuming has had more socialization given his show history from puppyhood. I don't know if he's housetrained or not-just hoping! At 8 months it can be difficult to housetrain a dog from scratch. I recently friended the breeder's personal account on facebook and she accepted but when I sent her a message today, I received a response saying that

"Based on the preferences of the person you're trying to contact, this message could not be delivered."

So I guess I'll have to give them a call...I tried to find out how to weed out who can send you a message on facebook but the only thing I found was either everyone or friends only-not based on individual friends. Wierd.
