Thyroid OK, any other suggestions?

Again, thanks for all the suggestions! Since I first opened the thread, I've brushed Bela probably 5-6 times, and each time I get a massive amount of undercoat - soon I may not have a dog left!

Her outer coat is starting to peek its way out. One day, she's going to have a gorgeous, thick Sheltie coat!

I had forgotten about the anesthesia hair loss (how could I possibly do that? I've had 6 major surgeries in 5 years and my hair STILL hasn't recovered). That, plus the weather here in Georgia, plus the stress of a new home, plus a change in food is probably more than enough to cause my girl to loose coat.

She was spayed in march usually 30 days or so after surgery they will blow coat, so she could have lost it than,

Does this always happen? It is just over a month since Brie was spayed and her coat has been so nice that I would hate to see her blow it out.:(

It doesn't always happen....but the majority of the time it will. It is not necessarily within a month. I would say it happens sometime within 6 months.
