What are your pup's favourite toys?

My guys seem bored by their toys. They don't do tug-of-war with each anymore because Bacca always wins. And when I try to play tug with the two of them, Indy bows out quickly for the same reason.

Balls and Frisbees - Indy always wins, so Bacca bows out.

The big ball - Indy wins on the chasing, and Bacca bows out. Bacca wins on the faceoff, so Indy bows out. :rolleyes2:

I'm looking for ideas on new toys to introduce to keep them engaged.

And with fall/winter coming, I want to plan ahead for stuff that will amuse them inside - either interactive with me, or just stuff they can on their own.

Thanks in advance!

Daphne has a lot of puppy themed, solo-dog toys. Her new favorites are her two newest toys: One stuffed toy that looks like a ball with six tendrils coming off of it, each topped with another ball. Her second favorite is a little hippotomous that she got as a gift from her papa's girlfriend. She does have a lot of teething toys as well to strengthen her gums.

We have "Skinz" here. Unstuffed critters that Earnhardt loves. We picked up another one last week for Trapp. We like them, cause there is no stuffing inside.Squeakers though.

Anything THAT MAKES A LOT OF NOISE!!!!! My two will squeak at each other for ages, but they only like very small squeaky toys.

Deska is far more interested in eating or chewing than in toys - so every night I give them either rawhide or the water bottle with kibble. I have a small toy box and Tully just pulls everything out until she finds a toy she wants to chew on or squeak.

My two's favourite winter game is attacking the broom. Gets a lot of energy out (altho it is very noisy). And of course the treasure hunts - that's how they get their breakfast but in the evenings I often hide a couple of smelly pieces of roo in the back room. Mine go and investigate the back rooms all the time just in case their is a piece of food in there.

What is a 'CROCS'?

Aztec doesn't play tug of war either. He just drops it and gives it to me. I think it is because Laika took it from him so many times.

Aztec loves toilet paper rolls. Fetch is his favorite game though, and any toy will work for that. (Socks, slippers, whatever is lying around the living room basically)

Funny he has a basket with a hundred toys in it...but he doesn't want them.

I thought I was the only one! ROTFL! I bought Smudge a pair of baby Wal*Mart Croc rip offs. He won't touch them.

Smudge looooooves loofa dogs. He only likes stuffed animals (besides shoes and clothes). His favorite thing is anything that is either as tall as he is or as long as he is. He wants something bigger than him. The exception being his tootsie roll toy.

That Tootsie roll I posted isn't the exact same one. I got mine at PetSmart in a giftset. It came with a Tootise Roll lolipop toy.
