What strange things do your shelties bark at?

Well the late Shelby used to bark crazy when someone in the house sneezed. Penny doesn't really bark at anything weird except maybe the squirt bottle for doing ones hair. Trevor likes to bark at anything my Mom carries whether it be a phone, plate, etc. What do your shelties bark at? I think they all have their own idiosyncrasies. :biggrin2:
 
A better question is what dont my shelties bark at (lol)

Last week I started filming whenever the pups barked at silly things around the home so I can do a video collage on 'housekeeping and gardening with shelties!'
 
I'm trying to think of some "odd" things that Bentley barks at...

He HATES when we "fluff" the trash bag to put it in the trash can. He goes absolutely crazy.

He also barks when he hears a dog on TV.

Lexi barks whenever she wants, no provocation needed!
 
Ha ha, Megan goes nuts when we fluff a trash bag as well, barks at any type of vacuuming, loves the hair dryer. What's really funny is she goes nuts when I get the tin foil out and tear a piece out! :yes:
 
The strangest thing that Maddie likes to bark at is my baseboard heaters - when the hot water flows through the pipes, they make little pinging noises that really drive her crazy. She thinks there's something in there, I guess!
 
Deja doesn't bark alot. She'll do the typical bark at the neighbor dogs and that's it. She loves to bark when we trsain or play. It's like her way of laughing. Oh! If they us a doorbell on TV she goes bonkers..

Last night, in the middle of a movie, Darby jumped up out of a sound sleep and started barking his head off at a window.. no clue what set him off hehe
 
Bailey goes nuts when I clean the floor. Like if I spill something and use a paper towel to clean it up. She goes nuts and tries to attack the towel.

I forgot about this. Lexi does this too. She doesn't bark at it, but goes absolutely crazy trying to catch it.
