And then we figured it out!!

Cooper has had his shots and like his Mom has put on a couple of pounds over the winter. lol. On the subject of his BM’s once she gets back his results from his his stool sample she will have a better idea in case it’s a worm/parasite issue. If it isn’t then it will mean a change of food AGAIN!! Her recommendation is to cut out chicken which is in Royal Canin I just looked at the bag. Recommendations? I know this is not in the food forum but if needed I can switch over. :)

I would start a new thread on in the food section for more advice, but I will say I use Purina Pro Plan Lamb (Sensitive skin & stomach). On recommendation of my vet due to the DCM and food ingredients issue. The dogs are doing great on it. Nice solid poops.

thanks Sharon :). If anyone has anything to add there is a new thread on commercial foods. I should just say that the Vet said Cooper’s teeth were beautiful and his coat marvelous...he’s just a wee bit chubby. Part of that was by going by the feeding instructions on the bag which we were giving even less but way to much for him...ooops....combined with a bit less exercise during the winter months. Just need to also get the poop thing under control and he will be perfect! Ha ha ha! :poop::ROFLMAO:

I am so lucky that Minnie very, very rarely eats grass
- Fortunately, she have never eaten any kind of plants.

Do not know if it makes any difference
that she gets a portion of cabbage every day for lunch :confused2:
