I have been 'owned' by Shelties since 1975.... we have been so lucky to have members of our gang live with us anywhere from 13 to going on 18 years! Smokey, our elder statesman now is almost 18 now.... he was a rescue that we have had for 13 years. Taz, going on about 8 [ 5 when he came to us], was also our rescue from Arizona Sheltie Rescue in Phoenix. Our little ones, Mc [ short for Angus McGyver] and Mac [ short for Mackintosh]....say that fast 5 times! joined the gang last August and November. They are 1/2 brothers and are a handfull! I had raised single puppies before but TWO was 10 times the work I think!
I have found a lot if interesting information about Shelties on the forums as well as fun chat and links to photos! Will be checking in regularly just to keep up with all the other Sheltie lovers!
