Bonjour Beignet

We did not have a microchip. She is home.

We got her some good healthy food and treats. She has really taken to my wife and let's her walk her with the leash. Did very well in petco and made lots of friends. Loves kids.

My two favorite girls

What a sweety! She reminds me of what my Kyara looked like at around 7-8 months. She's got some dark fur coming in on her back, I believe her full coat will be quite stunning. Can't wait to see future pictures.

Thanks for giving her a home!

Thanks everyone, she is doing great and adjusting. Still very nervous and unsure. Still no accidents though, very very good girl. Had her weigh in at 26 pounds. She was so happy to see me this morning when I went take her out and feed her before work. Definitely starting to open up to us a bit more.

Gave her a bath and got to brush her down. Didn't see any fleas, think they actually did give her a pill and it worked in killing them.

She has been having a ball with my wife all morning. My wife works from home and her company is very dog friendly (owners take their dogs into the main office on some days and allow employees to do the same), so they been joking about her being a new employee.

Going to our Vet today, going to get her checked for heartworms and get her on treatment. The previous owner was suppose to fax me vaccination info, but have not been able to contact her. Keep calling and leaving messages. I really don't want to over vaccinate her because we have no proof of rabies or anything. Hoping she calls back soon. :fl

Very happy to finally have my first sheltie. She is so adorable.

This is her saying "LOL, you spent money on dog beds."

Love that last picture. Hilarious! So glad you guys are having such a good time with your new baby. She has found a great home!

I have dog beds all over the house and they get used sometimes. But all three of mine like to lay on the tile, and of course, my bed too.
