That looks like mine, with the exception of the bolsters, which I hadn't thought of, but might just go ahead and add. I'm glad I could find something to do with that topper. I couldn't use it myself because it was too thick. I ended up sinking down too far in it, and it wouldn't support my back.Funny you should mention that--I had a queen 3" memory foam topper I had replaced with a new one and rather than throw it out I saved it for making dog beds. I was tired of store bought beds that the stuffing went flat and dealing with zippers, or no way to clean it at all! So I cut a large piece, added three bolsters using a special adhesive for memory foam (that cost as much as a bed LOL) called Loctite High performance spray adhesive. Then I found cute dog couch throws at Walmart for like 5 bucks each, and just wrapped them around the beds. It doesn't look perfect but I don't care, all I have to do is grab the blanket and throw it in the washer!

He seems to like lying on it when I'm in the same room, but I've yet to see him sleeping on it.
