Episioplasty at age 11?

Thanks for all your feedback! I really appreciate it. We have decided to have the surgery done - - especially since she can't speak to us and we truly have no idea how much burning/itching is going on down there. It just wouldn't be right if we left it alone at this point and just kept pumping her up with antibiotics. Hopefully we will have many more enjoyable years with her and this will have her feeling better & comfortable in her final senior years. She is such a sweetheart! Surgery will take place tomorrow morning - prayers are welcome!
Vet did run bloods and urine - everything came back normal.
Fingers crossed our little Diamond will pull through!
