My dogs LOVE the Kong Genius toys. I started with the Mike (http://www.amazon.com/KONG-Genius-Extra-Large-Colors/dp/B003JVDV6W), because it seemed easier, and now they have both graduated to the Leo (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0..._m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0MQ7NCBWTDZ9NQFF43C3). Now I'm at the point that I'm combining the two. It's quiet, and it keeps even my brilliant overachiever occupied for a decent amount of time. Another toy they liked was the Starmark Everlasting Fun Ball (http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3207021&lmdn=Brand). It was also fairly quiet, and they liked to use their feet to roll it around. Food dispensing toys are great for getting dogs to problem solve - I probably have about 15 of them (ranging from puzzles to toys to balls) hanging around here - I rotate them on a regular basis so the pups don't get bored. Hope this helps!
