Gavin can't walk anymore :(

I am totally overwhelmed with how well Gavin is doing. You would never guess he had those issues just a few days ago. He hasn't been slipping appreciably either. So I need to stick to his daily short walk plan. So far we are just going out for potty breaks (not using my postage stamp yard), but he is doing well.

I am very lucky. Gavin is and has always been completely continent. His bad leg results in a horrific looking limp, but with throw rugs everywhere he is not limited at all in my house (which is where he spends 95% of his life anyway). It does limit his physical activity, so his walks are of very limited duration and require a stroller if we go anywhere not just around the block, and he needs a wheelchair to fully enjoy the beach. But everytime I see his sweet little face I am reminded just how worth it he is.
This brings a smile to my face…all you do for him! I can imagine how happy it makes him and I would do the same for my dogs. Your the poster child for all that a disabled dog can do!
