Heading to the National!

Bright and early Saturday morning, missjennygirl and I will load up our dogs and hit the road for the 17-hour drive to St. Louis for Sheltie National, along with 700+ other Shelties -- more than 500 in Conformation! I can't believe I'm really going!

TofuPup will handle missjennygirl's Rabbit Run contingent in the ring. I'll be showing Checkers on Thursday morning, so wish me luck! We will have our computer and we'll try to post from the show and keep you all up to date on the excitement as the week progresses. The fun starts Monday morning with the Puppy Futurity. Stay tuned, and send us lots of good vibes for Rabbit Run and all our other Forum members who'll be there!

Thanks for kicking this off, Ann!

We hope to be able to post updates as the week progresses. The National is always a great opportunity to see old friends, make new ones, and see beautiful dogs from here and abroad.

So exciting! I'm rooting for my boy Noah...cause I'm a bit biased. I met him and think he's the greatest

Good luck to everyone! I hope you all have a safe trip and a good time. Take lots of pictures!

Good luck everyone! I'm so jealous, I would be in heaven with all those shelties around!

Can't wait to hear the results.

Good luck! I was going to go, but after multiple reports of how horrible the footing for the agility ring is, decided not to. Not worth getting my dogs hurt. The BC nationals I was told moved their agility outside because of it, and many clubs are pulling their trials from the facility.

I changed my mind because of the schedule. Just couldn't do it.

I wonder how many Shelties are at the St. Louis trial on Friday, rather than at ASSA?
