How to keep a sheltie off the furniture?

Just a little more stubborness, cute overflow and fuzziness and I will have my sheep trained.

Yes, power cords behind the couch.

And yes, MMM was NOT cute when he chewed the cord to the laptop.
No cords where he goes. The couch has a recliner on each side and he is poking his head under the back and sniffing around. I think he was getting popcorn and such that fell into the couch at first. Not sure why he continued thus he was banished. Of course the photo I did not get was when I was downloading these he jumped onto the couch and was checking the back pocket while sitting on my laptop

LOL
why oh why did I just get a visual!?

It's not a big deal for me, since Toffee is allowed on my furniture etc, but he does know OFF... aka when we go to Scotty's house,he swings himself up to the coach smiling, lol, and I say "off" he's like WHAT?!? :eek2: you mean get down off this perfectly nice cuddle coach, you sure? and when I say yes, I am sure, get OFF.. he's huffs and gets down lol
I don't think they really need reasons on why they should comply with our wishes, although I daresay SUBU would disagree

Same with my guys. David is my "weekend spouse". They know they can sleep on the bed if I'm the only one in it. But when David comes, its the carpet for the boys. Bacca was quite put out about it this weekend, and was sleeping UNDER the bed when I woke up. Indy was doing his usual "pant, pant, pant" routine. So I let them both out and went back upstairs with morning coffee for David and I. Indy beat me, jumped on the bed and refused to look into my eye. "Indy, Off!"

Tail between legs, he jumped off the bed and sulked for a whole 3 minutes before he was demanding attention again.

The boys are telling me, btw, that there must be a SUBU bylaw about this. I said NOT!

Trouble makers the lot of them!
It was too quiet around S.U.B.U lately! Too good to be true, wasn't it!?
Looks like they are working on Sca now to sign the Union membership card!

S.U.B.U. is quietly rumbling around here. MMM has been a good little teamster with no complaints giving us a time to get our life sorted out while we readjusted to life at home and unemployment, but boy here today...........
