My little girl could never show in conformation - she is too small, at only 12", and she is a color headed white, so she would be heavily penalized for her coat color. Aside from those things, she is definitely a typical sheltie. However, I think she is striking and everyone who meets her comments on her beauty and her wonderful, sweet temperament

I wish they'd let CHW be shown...they're simply beautiful!

I think they're truly the most stunning breed going. Not that other breeds aren't handsome/cute/beautiful but to my mind Shelties take first prize.

Yeppers, it is a WHOLE pkg, got it going on, as they say. Adorable, loyal, sensitive, SMART, entertaining, responsive, chatty, protective, agile, cuddly and just so CUTE. At the end of the day, when mine crawl up beside me and nod off. I am grateful and content that they are in my life.

Thanks for the link. I also downloaded a copy and will be studying it. I don't plan on showing Nick, but would like to know how close he is to the standard. I may be prejudiced but I happen to think he is perfect!! Except for the barking at me when I sneeze.
