She is stunning - congrats! Rupert did not really begin to bark until he was about seven months- he was very quiet. Now he barks to alert us. I acknowledge if he is warning us of something and just say "sssssshhhhhh" when its enough. If we are playing, I let him bark as much as he wants, but when I pick up a toy to put it away, then I use "ssssshhhhh" again to stop him jumping and to wind down stimulation. Try and associate a word/sound with the command. I think we are very lucky that Rupert is generally happy to go along and do as told - that is until he's not!
