Is my husband nuts, or does anybody else do this too?

Well the favorite here is the popcorn song,so we do from time to time get the pups going.

But like Barb mentioned,it's been a favorite for a long time.I leave the singing up to Janet!

Indy: the Speedracer Theme song, the banana song (Indy-Indy bo-bindy a wee why mo mindy...INDY)

Emma: "I like big BUTTS" (baby got back), and a made-up song that is a really silly ditty "Emmalina, bean-a bean-a, Emma Lou-lou, Kootie who-who". (Told you it was stupid)

Sasha: no one song, she has tons...what ever I'm singing she's into, but generally "Pretty Sasha" to "Pretty Woman"

Figaro: ok that one is obvious

Angus: Pop goes the weasel

Newton: "I choose you to be my beloved", ZZ Top's "Sharp dressed man"

Zoey: "Thumbelina", "Skina ma rinky dinky doo"
 
Nuts? Heck, I could get a scholarship from Planters! :lol: Layla gets "Layla Sable" to the tune of Santa Baby. I don't know what DS sings to Bitsy Boodle, but I hear her in the mornings warbling. I have an "original" tune for Annie Laurie -- Little Brown Dog. I think I'm going to use Dog and God for Beckers.

When Chandler was a pup I made up a little song I sing to him and he rolls around on his back and squiggles and squirms the whole time. He knows it's his song. :biggrin2:

Chandler,Chandler,he's my favorite boy.....
He runs and jumps and plays with balls......
And brings me so much Joy!!!!!!!

Now Gypsy just looks at me like I am a whack a doodle when I sing

Ever since that last thread I've been trying to come up with a theme song for my pack, but I'm just not that creative.

I sorta had a couple for Sadie and Ginny, one was to Sugar Sugar by the Archies (Sadie, oh Ginny Ginny. They are my sheltie girls...)

And I also had one to the theme song from Pinky and the Brain, a Warner Bros. cartoon.

Then we adopted Toby and I had to start over. I've been playing around with Benny and the Jets (Sadie Tobe and Gin), but its not working that great. :rolleyes2:
 
He doesn't sing songs, but he does give them nicknames.. our last dog Jamie was Jamie Chew or Mr. Chew, our cat Pokey is Pokey Wokey, and Belle is now Bella Bella.
