first getting outside he wouldn't go in the snow.. only the shoveled spots...

lol, Shelties make me almost like snow :) they are soooo happy about it, aren't they?

Can you please tell Ember that she is suppose to be happy about snow. Princess Pillow Paws hasn't stayed outside for more then 5 mins at a time for a couple weks.:biggrin2:

What cute pictures. Jasper looks like he's getting into this snow thing.

My first hated even getting her feet wet, much less getting sticky snow on her feet. The second one had no problem with water, but it was a definite no when it came to snow. The current pup is the first Sheltie we have had that actually likes the snow. Now on the few occasions that it does snow we actually have a dog that will go out and play. She is a great herder of the vicious snow shovel.
 
Oh, those are great pictures! Jasper is beautiful. Is he a sable merle?

We haven't had that much snow yet, but I know it's coming. So far Meggie loves the snow and she doesn't like rain or wet grass. The snow is definitely different for her.
 
oh wow hes gotten so big!!!!!! and i love the blue eyes, he has turned out quite the handsome sheltie:yes:and he looks to be enjoying the snow
 
Great pix -- especially the last one with his nose buried in the snow. Jasper has such striking markings -- all that white with such a lovely red and those blue eyes. He's a heartbreaker for certain.
 
You guys sure got wollopped with snow! But what a gorgeous blue sky day to play in it!

He is so nice looking.Those ice blue eyes,very cool! My fav is the one of his nose in the snow.How awesome is that!
