Well, I don't really have any experience with this. But my advice is that if its not too long of a drive then I would move all of your stuff first and kind of get unpacked and settled and then go back and make another trip bring Dakota in. This might be easier so you're not in the process of moving furniture around, unpacking big boxes, etc which might be stressful for Dakota. Bring all her familiar things (her bed, crate, etc), and show them to her, and let her explore your new apartment. However supervise her closely as she is still young and you don't want any accidents, especially with the stress and anxiety of being in a new environment. Try to keep the routine as close as possible to what you had while living with your parents regarding feeding/potty time/etc.
