Hello I'm Alan the proud dad of "promise".
She was three months old on March 1st and has been with me since she was 8 weeks old. It's been a hoot to say the least !

I'll post more when time allows but wanted to check- in the polite way. I used this forum a lot over the past year as a "lurker" and want to thank all those that make this a special resource.

Welcome...glad you changed out of lurk mode and joined us. Your little Promise is really pretty...and I love that name. I am sure she will live up to her name in a big way.

The day I picked her up at 8 weeks. So tiny!

She potty trained in what seemed like an instant. She sits, stays, down, fetches. She has very good leash manners and getting even better.

What a cutie!!:biggrin2: When Ida was a baby I used to carry her in my jacket like you have Promise. One woman came up to me and asked when I was due, you can imagine her surpise when I unzipped and out popped a puppy!:lol: Just curious, is there a story behind your little girls name? Or is it just something you thought would be cute? Either way, it's a sweet name for a sweet baby!
 
Alan, your Promise is adorable? Why resist putting up pictures? Isn't that why you became a premium member -- to make all our hearts melt at that adorable little baby? :biggrin2:
 
OMG...those pics are adorable! I especially love the "peek from the jacket" pic...all snuggly warm and happy. You are in for so much fun and a life full of love. Enjoy!!!
