I softened her food the first night but I don’t think with them being incisors I really needed too. Besides, it’s not like either of them chews their kibbles anyway.
The one on the right side I never saw and assumed it just wasn’t there. So I wasn’t worried about it. I never would have thought to look in the roof of her mouth.. because that’s where that one was. My wisdom teeth grew in sideways, toward my cheeks like her one did. I ended up getting them out when they became painful in college rather than a preemptive removal. I imagine these were at the very least, uncomfortable. And it explains why her breath stunk again like a cross between rotting rumen contents and rotten deer meat.



All my friends that were all “oooh puppy breath” when I first got her must have never smelled the breath of a teething puppy before. So gross.
And hopefully no one felt too bad for her… these are the faces of two sheepdogs miffed that rumpus time is on hold.
