Questions about a breeder for a new puppy

I would encourage every breeder advertise to the wider public when they have companion pet to place.... obviously some have very limited amount of puppies to place but some breeders do have more litters...
placing puppies in the " exclusive circles" might be the problem...
giving option of well bred pups as opposite to pet stores and puppy mills is the part of solution...
