We've been separating them for feeding which eliminates that source of squabbling. But its still really irritating behavior. Once they start the snarlies loud noises have no effect on them. It's like they are so focused on each other that nothing else matters.

They do not hurt each other (although sometimes a little loose fur does fly). It definitely seems faster and more aggressive than their normal chase-each-other-around-mount-each-other-then-bark-like-crazy routine. I don't have video.

Yes, the vet gave them Simplicef and Temaril-P. The reaction started 9 or 10 days after they were groomed. Is it possible for a reaction to the groomer to take that long?
