I got the email about the martingale - it has been shipped! (Which means pics on the way... whenever it is here.) I am going to try it on Duncan as well as Pierre and see how he does with it (oh, the perks of having a tiny Pap in the house). But it really belongs to Pierre (will have to remember that).
When we got the nylon martingale for Duncan at the store, I showed my husband the prong collars because he didn't know what they were. He was appalled. I tried to explain that they are for really big dogs with short hair, not either of our boys but he was still disgusted. And I like his point - Why not just use a GenlteLeader or the harness they now make? He got big hugs for his sensibility (and sensitivity for animals who can only trust us to be there for them).
