Sharon, is the Stop and Shop on one of the roads that I'm taking? I may pick up the hot dogs there. This way they'll be fresh and won't have to endure the 3 hour drive.
I don't mind paying for parking...is the lot big or do you think it will be filled up by the time I get there at noon?

Since Sharon and Doug will be there early, everyone can go earlier if they want to. I don't think I'll be able to drive if I leave earlier than 830, so I'm still looking at a 1130-12 arrival time.

If you want to bring table cloths that would be great. I was going to buy a couple of them.I am going to get there at 9 and get our spot. I will bring something to read. I want to get the shadow spot for the dogs.Ron and Jan if you want to come earlier it is up to you.It is just going to be a fun day.

Hey MMMM this is Shadow and Sting talking. Heads up I heard my mom talking to your folks about a BATH before this shindig we are all going to.I think and I aint to sure but you may be getting one. Why for heavens sake do we need a bath only to get dirty all overagain. Geeze what are they thinking.I know we are getting one but I am not sure when.Then they do your nails and clean your ears an I hate when they dig to china in them.It is just dirt.I do hear they may be some babes comming. I am looking forward to that. I gave Bailey a little trim yesterday...eh at least I tried. Her feet look cute.
No time for a bath though. I will spritz her down with some ice on ice or "the stuff," so she'll smell and look nice.
After a 3 hour drive, Bailey is probably going to have a lot of energy when we first get there. So, just look for the dog pouncing and running towards u at full speed. That's how you'll know it's me.

Jan has told me that Boopka Bailey
is going to be there, so I want to look and smell nice for her, so I have stopped complaining......at least out loud. Oh I hope she likes me!.
Then the other thing that Jan told me was that my brother, Noah, (the show dog!
) is coming too, and wellllllll, I just can't be looking like some old farm dog (which I am!) and smell like the black swamp of sucking death (which I do) and have paws that look like something out of a Dr Seuss cartoon (which I have).............sooooooo I guess it is into the bathtub for me.
Then once I get to the picnic, and Miss Bailey has fallen in love with me then we all can run and I can be the Mess Maker I am. I am hearing there is water there. Have I told everyone that I LOVE LOVE LOVE water?!
Shadow, Sting, do you guys like the water? We can jump in over our heads and give our friends a fright. It is so funny to see Jan jump up from her chair to see if I am swimming or sinking....... Ok, I can't wait to meet everyone and if that means a bath...........so be it!
