Rachie is missed

It's been three years ago today, my little Rachie passed. This has been a very hard day for me. Rachie was my licensed service dog, Rachie came to me after the lady who had her had been shut doen by the city. Rachie, Marcus, Yoda, and Kimmi all came from the same lady. Rachie came to me with severe pyometra and I almost lost her as quickly as I got her. She suffered kidney issues which took her just 4 years after I got her. Rachie passed away on the trip to San Diego for dialysis. She was doing the one thing she loved more then getting french fries through a drive up window, she was going for a ride in the car with mom's hand on her heart when she passed. It still hurts tremendously to this day

Rachie my dearest angel. you always will be so special to me. Please stay close to Allie. Fancee, Marcus, Angel and Brandy waiting for me. I love you all and miss you so much.

I am so sorry. Reading your post, you can feel the love and your loss that you still feel today. You are in my thoughts.

Thank you so much. I sat here sobbing after I typed this. I love and miss all my sheltie angels, but Rachie was my true soul mate. There always seems to be the one baby you get so close to, that your heart just never seems to mend after they go to the Bridge. When I was so sick recently and honestly thought I could die, I thought of Rachie and seeing her again. Not my parents who I adored, but Rachie.

I am so sorry Sheltiemom. There is always that very special place in our hearts for our loved ones.

I have to ask how are you doing? Are you getting around ok?

{{{Sheltie}}} My heart hurts reading how sad you are, but I'm also smiling because I know that your hurt is because both you and Rachie love each other so deeply and completely.

So sorry for your loss. Reading your post about her its easy to see that she was your heart dog. Give the ones you still have with you a big hug and remember that you'll see your Rachie again one day.
