The Naughty Puppy Files

No photo evidence of bad Sca but:
2 sets of sheets that he chewed the center of the bottom sheet ruining the set
2 macbook pro power cords
and the pinnacle, he found a tote of aluminum cans to be recycled at my parents and chewed every can open yet did not cut himself :eek2:

Spitfire despite his general lunacy is just not destructive of stuff that is not his.

Oh boy, I was never clever enough at the time to take photos for permanent evidence but,

Asta is our paper shredder, hence the nickname, "Shred-ex". She got a newspaper article I had cut out and saved to send to my Dad which I really wanted him to have. She is also the master of food thievery. When our neighbor brought over a homemade apple tart as a condolence gift when Arden's dad passed away, he left it on the dining room table for just a couple of minutes while talking to the neighbor. Came back to find 2/3 gone and Asta with crumbs on her bib. When young Asta also delighted in helping Mom garden by digging up all the plants in the pots just after planting.

Ally got out of her pen one day while we were at work. She was still new to us and not housebroken, hence the pen. The latch didn't close all the way and she pushed it open. I had a heart attack when she met me at the door when I came home - oh so happy and with a trail of destruction behind her! A chewed up Tshirt, poop and pee on the carpet and socks destroyed. :eek2:

The kicker was both girls ripping open a bag of alfalfa pellets meant for my bunny. They both chowed down. (I mean really, ALFALFA PELLETS??!!) The next day there was so much green poop all over it looked like we had 10 dogs. :eek2:

wasn't me!!
i call this Toffee imitating Dobby the house elf
lol, The poor dog was ready to hurl himself against the wall as punishment... he so hates to have been 'wrong'
he's normally a very sensible boy who is near perfect, I think he's not sure what got into him here!
hahaah, that was right at my entrance way, too.. so i couldn't help but see the TP and the chewed hat as soon as I walked in the door, all I did was laugh and said uhoh who did this, Toffee? and that was his look

OMG! I laughed and laughed at this one! What a face!

Overall, Evie has been a pretty good pup so far (knock on wood). She does like to shred paper and wicker baskets. Her latest paper shred was my husband's summons for jury duty. We spent a good part of the evening trying to tape it back together to get his juror number and the contact info. Had to laugh when I taped the bottom of it together and it read "bring summons on the first day you report". Hubby had to call the clerk of courts and tell them his doggie ate his summons. Not a happy hubby.:wink2:

I think I also have a hole in my bottom sheet :uhoh:. Callie isn't supposed to go in my room, but we do find her in there anyway. I wasn't going to blame that one on her as it's in a spot that's under the covers, but hearing that Sca has ruined two sets makes me wonder.:gaah

Sca was getting my sweat. He also got some pillow cases. He is banished from the bedroom if I am not in there. On occasion we still have to have 'talks' if there are dirty sheets on the floor as he will start licking them. Oh and if I get up he zooms into my spot and does his best sheltie smile like 'my spot now' it is probably the only bad thing he still does.

Callie's other "naughty puppy" trick is that she licks the inside of my slippers. Doesn't hurt them at all -- but when I go to put them on, they're soaking wet. I'd understand it better if she was chewing them, but simply licking them?? Gross!

Perry found a can full of dried fish food... As I came home I found the flakes all over the appartment but especially in our bed. I would love to know what our Shelties think when they find such a "treasure" :wink2:

Perry's most expensive things destroyed were my and my dad's glasses :gaah

Fantastic stories. I have read the posts twice and laughed and laughed both times.

I just gave Sir Dash a hug! His worst was chewing shoe strings. I was buying 6 pair at a time for a while.
