Tired of off leash dogs attacking my furkids

A voice has been heard. Good. Now if the resident follows suit, and the others who let their dogs off leash follow the agreement, you and everyone else should be safer. Glad they are removing the mulch as well. I had it once in my gardens and never will again. I agree that there is too much mess with it.
 
Finally, some good news for you, Dawn! This is the very best, that someone in authority is going to take notice and not just warn, but fine the people responsible. You can bet that word will get around pretty quickly. I hope they keep it up and do the same with the others who let their dogs off leash.

How interesting about the mulch. I hope that brings another resolution for you and Gypsy! A good day all around. You deserve it!!! :yes:
 
I had a similar problem here recently.. among other things *sigh*. I ended up contacting my HOA and complaining and surprisingly enough the next day "community" letters were posted for everyone in the development and the people that I reported had an extra "warning" letter about being off leash and not picking up after the dogs in common areas. Here in Harford County all dogs are supposed to be registered with the town you live in also so my next step is to also report them for that. I hate to be "that guy" but something has to be done.
